PasigWe are seeking an experienced SharePoint Administrator for our client based in Melbourne, Australia; They specialize in planning, deploying and managing Microsoft SharePoint and Office365 solutions to help organizations transform.
You will have the opportunity to work on of a variety of cloud-based solutions, working with teams of skills consultants.
This is a client facing role and you will be involved in the full lifecycle of the client’s projects, from pre-sales to delivery.

Administration, support and maintenance of SharePoint and Office365 environments. Configure SharePoint and Office 365 environments using Microsoft and other third party tools to create customisations, forms and workflows in accordance with the client’s requirements.
Administration, support and maintenance of SharePoint and Office365 environments using PowerShell (including PnP PowerShell).
Designing and Developing Office 365 Solutions Designing and creating Microsoft PowerApps according to best practices. Designing and creating Microsoft Flows according to best practices.
Designing and creating Microsoft PowerBI datasets, reports and dashboards according to best practices. Content Migration Executing content migrations from various sources to Office 365 according to defined requirements using a combination of 3rd Party tools and PowerShell scripts.
Testing content migration executions according to a defined test plan. Servicing Support Requests Categorise, prioritise and assign service desk tickets using defined processes within defined SLAs.
Documenting all client interactions in the service desk. Provide first and second level support to resolve service desk requests.
Diagnose and escalates third level support requests to Developers, Senior Developers and Consultants. Ensures that the service desk accurately reflects the known state of all service requests.
Manages service requests through their entire lifecycle from the first point of contact through to resolution, proactively.
Documents supported systems for each client, ensuring that confidential information and credentials are kept secure. Additional Duties Supporting sales activities including assisting with scoping and estimates for new deals, identifying new opportunities in projects under management and within the service desk.
Carry out additional activities as directed from time to time by the Manager of this position. Increase job knowledge by participating in company-
