Responsible for successful operation of the company by maintaining business standards and motivating employees. Prospect new business and penetrate the market for continued growth and expansion.
Present company services to current and prospective clients. Maintain and exceed company objectives through sales goals.
Collaborate with Marketing, Information Technology (IT), and Operations departments to develop and create sales plans for specific regions and territories.
Attend trade shows and other educational regional meetings. Responsible for successful performance and direction of various Sales Teams.
Participate in strategic plan development and implementation for the Sales Division. Participate in various projects performed by the Sales Division.
Follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations relating to job duties.
Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with NCO policies and procedures. Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
Make recommendations to implement improved processes. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience. 2 years of related / management experience required. 4 years of related / management experience preferred.
Experience with 3rd Party Collections or call center outsourcing preferred. Ability to maintain focus on company philosophy.
Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Ability to lead, direct, and motivate others. Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to work in a team fostered environment. Ability to work in a multi-
tasked environment. Ability to prioritize and organize work. Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
