The ESI BOB Implementation Process Executive Run is responsible for error free and timely delivery of payroll outputs to clients as per clients’ requirement within the stipulated time as per the overall project plan.

  • Validation of data received for processing parallel and go live run.
  • Identify any gaps in the data received and highlight it to Project manager.
  • Process payroll parallel / dry run in the payroll application.
  • Analyse the delta between the clients’ payroll and ADP parallel / dry run.
  • Re-run parallel / dry run as required.
  • Work closely with the Functional consultant and the Run team to ensure error free delivery during the parallel run and Go Live.
  • Ensure timely delivery of payroll register, bank file, general ledger file, pay slips and other customised reports to the run team
  • Processes deliverables as per the SLA agreed with the client
  • Responsible for error free delivery
  • Ensures that all payroll related reports are prepared on time and executed
  • Maintaining confidentiality and integrity of information at all times.
  • Adheres to all policies and procedures
  • REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in related area of study.
  • Graduate with 3 years of experience in Singapore / Philippines payroll processing. Having knowledge of both the countries is an added advantage.
  • 4 plus years of experience in Singapore Payroll and compliance.
