  • Responsible in improving throughput and attrition for program supported by ensuring that all strategic onboarding initiatives are implemented.
  • Partners & calibrates with recruitment, training and operations ensure that new hire profiles are accurate, updated, and adhered to.
  • Recommends changes as deemed fit.

  • Conducts focus group discussions with the new hires at identified touchpoint milestones to gather feedback on their onboarding experience, logs and tracks actions to closure.
  • Performs Human Performance Technology analysis and presents attrition findings & recommends solutions to stakeholders, as needed.
  • Acts as a liaison between the agents and the leadership team on any concern that impact employee experience and retention.
  • This role is open to Team Managers, Trainers, Quality Assurance Associates, or someone that has a good grasp of the call center operations metrics, retention of people and analytics.
  • Amenable to a night shift schedule
  • Amenable to work on site
  • Must have finished 2nd year in college with no back subjects
