Responsibilities- Contact local KOLs to join TikTok and draft respective cooperation plans.- Contact content creators from MCN Talent Agencies / Communities to join TikTok.
Cultivate key creators to continuously create and improve the content in certain categories.- Responsible for the operations performance of key metrics and diversity of contents.
Plan and implement online & offline campaigns, complete related data analysis.- Enhance the communication with users and improve stickiness, activity, and loyalty of the user group, build up a positive community and incremental of contents.
Qualifications- 2+ years experience with certain operations experiences of social media agency, talent management, and MCN of KOL in food categories.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience with strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Understand the needs of users and good at finding and cultivating KOL / Influencer, a successful case will be a plus.- Outstanding skills of communication, presentation, and problem-solving, enjoy communication with users, and deliver daily support with a strong user-driven mindset.
Strong planning skills for online & offline campaigns, be creative and good at brain-storming.- Be enthusiastic, result-driven, focus on efficiency and can work under pressure.
