Responsibilities :

Responsible in resolving customer complaints

Responsible for managing and answering inquiries from different social media platforms.

Responsible for gathering feedback , suggestions

coordinate with the department that is handling the advertisements

Ensuring to attend customers inquiries and concerns effectively

Requirements :

Filipino can speak Japanese Language

Good English communication skills
