  • Responsible in resolving customer complaints
  • Responsible for managing and answering inquiries from different social media platforms.
  • Responsible for gathering feedback , suggestions
  • coordinate with the department that is handling the advertisements

  • Ensuring to attend customers inquiries and concerns effectively

    Requirements :

  • Filipino can speak Japanese Language
  • Good English communication skills
