Work Set-up : Work Onsite

Responsibilities :

l Listening to customers’ concerns and handling complaints and returns

l Communicating with customers in-person, through email or chat, over the phone or on social media

l Responsible for gathering feedback , suggestions

l coordinate with the department that is handling the advertisements

l Ensuring to attend customers inquiries and concerns effectively
