Responsibilities :

Business, Operations, Development)

•Takes ownership and accountability over the entire hosting platform, from strategy to portfolio management to delivery to post-

launch operations and monitoring.

•Use the client and end-user feedback, competitive analysis and business metrics to develop and maintain statement of direction, product strategy, and product roadmap for the platform.

•Creates Solutions Architecture, Functional and Technical Plans, Product Portfolio, Operations Processes, and Validation Documents such as Infrastructure Installation Plan, IIR, et al.

•Gather and generate requirements for platform evolution and participate in developing and driving enhancements.

•Demonstrates platform features to internal and external audiences.

•Create content to support internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Education / Training).

•Manages overall Platform DevOps Service and Team.

•Engage directly and daily with delivery teams to execute the project.

•Works directly with client as Service Partner.

•Works with internal and external clients and external vendors directly.

Technical)

•Has expertise in multiple hosting platforms such as but not limited to Dedicated Hosting, Shared Hosting, Validated Hosting, Cloud Hosting.

•Has a strong JAVA, UNIX, & SQL background and can perform actual development with these technologies.

•Experience architecting highly available systems that utilize load balancing, horizontal scalability and high availability.

•Experience with Agile execution.

•Experience assessing and building cost models, migration patterns, resource model, project plan, and business cases.

•Has substantial knowledge in server and application security.

Basic Qualifications :

•5+ years experience as a technical specialist in customer-facing roles.

•2+ years hands-on technical experience with hosting services.

•BS level technical degree or equivalent experience; Computer Science, IT, or Engineering background preferred; Masters Degree desired.

•Customer facing experience is required.

•Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations

•Substantial exposure to application programming.

•Has previously managed a service & team for at least 3 years.

•Is willing to work in EMEA shift.
