Job Description

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and vendors
  • Coordinate and provide datas and reports for creative team and customer service team
  • Manage multiple accounts handling our forums / community groups
  • Increase traffic inside forums / community groups
  • Provide relevant issues or content
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years work experience in chat support role, content and / or social media management role
  • Experience in increasing network traffic in community groups and / or forum groups a must
  • Experience in Research and Development (experience and exposure in trucking industry preferred)
  • Experience in marketing background preferred
  • Must have very strong English written skills
  • Must be willing to work graveyard shift or shifting schedule
  • Must be amenable to work in BGC
