I. Basic Purpose of the Job
The primary responsibility of a EOL Operator is to perform EOL processes in accordance with the approved WORK INSTRUCTIONS, PROCESSSPECS, FMEA, OCAP and all process controls existing in the productionfloor.
Produces product in conformance with approved quality criteria. Performminor assist and trouble shooting employing his acquired knowledge through TPM.
II. Reporting Relationship
The position reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor
III. Major Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure good housekeeping on their respective area.
Perform at the start of the shift ; SPC (Statistical Process Control) andTCM (Total Control Methodology) which includes parameter checking.
Perform quality monitoring specified in the TCM.
Check shop order requirements versus bonding diagram and actual die.
Perform programming for new device and get corresponding bondingdiagram.
Change capillary ( for TSSOP Operator or when certified ) during theabsence of technicians once tool limit is reach.
Ensure process and specs conformance every CHANGEOVER.
Perform minor assist and trouble shooting acquired during the TPM skillsstandardizations.
Perform lot transaction and Component Build.
Change gold wire when needed.
Prioritize processing of lots included in the OTD sheet.
Prioritize processing of EBR lots.
Prioritize processing of RUSH lots.
Perform 100% inspection if needed for hold lots.
Report to line leader the output and machine performance.
Graduate of a Technical Course or equivalent years of related experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing
Must know the process flow and basic operation of machine.
Must be flexible in all job functions as required and must have a sense of responsibility, aggressiveness, and initiative.
Must be skilled and certified to operate at least 2 WB technologies.
Must be aware of the safety precautions of the equipment and can practice decision making responsibilities.
