ROLE OVERVIEW

As the Cloud Solutions Security Architect , you will be part of a rapidly growing company that specialises in developing Cloud SaaS Applications and be a key contributor to the overall landscape design to ensure the solution can easily scale and has the highest level of security.

The Cloud Solutions Security Architect will lead the design and development of the security architecture for protecting data deployed into different types of Cloud and Hybrid solutions.

This position will directly contribute to the overall global enterprise cloud architecture and lead the security vision and strategy around cloud-based applications, across all types (including Infrastructure and our Strato Platform).

This position will also provide leadership and direction in the day-to-day management and execution of all Governance, Risk and Compliance activities which include providing risk oversight, managing the company and compliance programs and overseeing the ongoing execution of risk assessments and testing of key controls.

The Cloud Security Architect will serve as the central point of contact within the organization for all matters related to security and compliance.

The successful candidate possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills required to partner with other leaders across the business to identify opportunities and risks and develop and deliver solutions that support business strategies and protect Organization intellectual property globally.

As Cloud Solutions Security Architect , you are expected to do the following tasks :

Works with IT team and Application Development organizations to choose appropriate technology solutions and facilitates complete integration into the company environments.

Develops and executes strategies to increase Cloud Security knowledge throughout the enterprise.

QUALIFICATIONS :

BA / BS in business or computer science or appropriate work experience is required.

Master's degree in Information Security or similar IT related specialization is also highly desired for this position.

10 years experience with Security Architect and / or Engineering.

Experience architecting solutions within Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, VMware NSX

Experience with assessment, development, implementation, optimization, and documentation of a comprehensive and broad set of security technologies and processes (secure software development (Application Security), data protection, cryptography, key management, identity and access management (IAM), network security) within SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, and other cloud environments.

Working knowledge of common and industry standard cloud-native / cloud-friendly authentication mechanisms (OAuth, OpenID, etc).

Experience with enterprise applications (architecture, development, support, and troubleshooting).

Experience performing threat modeling and design reviews to assess security implications and requirements for introduction of new technologies.

Experience representing technical viewpoints to diverse audiences and in making timely and prudent technical risk decisions.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a team environment

Knowledge of regulatory compliance, standards, and frameworks such as ISO

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards (ISO 27001) is preferred

Ability to work independently with minimal direction; self-starter / self-motivated

Ability to manage a team

Technical writing experience

Must have excellent communication skill

Willing to work in BGC, Taguig City
