Parfums Christian Dior (Philippines) is one of the brands under L Beauty (Philippines) which is a joint venture company between LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics and Luxasia.
Core Responsibilities :
Retail Sales Development
Develop sales and manage sales performance per store to reach the target and the key performance indicators
Ensure efficient order taking and processing stocks to ensure optimum inventory at stores
Ensure retail store management excellence (thru implementation & follow-up of Addict to Retail program)
Ensure monthly detailed reporting to management (commercial lines including new launches)
Communicate competition’s sales and marketing activity to management
Management of Sales Force
Ensure that selling staff follow the D.I.O.R. Art of Selling and express Dior Brand values through customer service
Motivate selling staff to increase team spirit and be goal driven
Conduct regular store visits and ensure the development of Store Managers through regular coaching and appraisals
Implement local incentive programs
Ensure recruitment of the best-qualified Store Managers and selling staff
Propose development plan to increase knowledge and skills, and ensure the follow-up of the Dior training program with Training Department
Involved in selling staff allocation to stores
Plan & control expense budget on the retail activities (transportation, meeting )
Brand / Image & Merchandising Execution
Enhance Dior Brand Image through visual merchandising, staff grooming and store activities
Enforce strict and regular control of Merchandising, decoration and operating conditions up to Dior standards and guidelines
Promotion / Animation Management
Supervise and execute the promotional activities formulated by Marketing department
Ensure proper execution of promotional events & animations
Manage preparation status and feedback report for each promotional event / animation
Requirements
2-3 years of relevant experience as store supervisor or retail specialist
Cosmetics industry experience preferred
Able to construct and analyze sales numbers. Must be proficient in numbers.
Knowledgeable in MS Excel (i.e. knows formulas, vlookup, pivot, etc.)
Excellent knowledge / experience in retail business (i.e. department stores, Sephora, etc.)
Strong interpersonal skills
