Job Qualifications Graduate of any College / Bachelor's Degree
At least 7 years working experience in Recruitment, 2-3 years of which is supervisory in BPO or Shared Service Industry.
Highly effective in creating Recruitment strategies.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
