Job Description Perform end-to-end recruitment in line with client requirements, liaising with hiring managers, HR and business to fill approved open positions in alignment with business objectives.

Source and pre-qualify candidates that match client requirements, primarily by leveraging technology, including the Internet.

Plan, design, manage and measure the success of recruiting projects and build a collaborative relationship and partner closely with each Recruiting leads, thus enabling operational efficiencies in recruitment delivery and lead high-impact recruiting initiatives Determine recruitment / selection decision factors and criteria.

  • Participate in human resources planning to support development of recruitment related human resources policies and procedures and respond to recruitment related employee complaints or possible union issues, as required Work with other teams, operations management or client'
  • s workforce planning teams to understand short- and long-term talent objectives and hiring forecasts for area of responsibility Perform analytics to ensure highest candidate quality and yield

    Job Qualifications Graduate of any College / Bachelor's Degree

    At least 7 years working experience in Recruitment, 2-3 years of which is supervisory in BPO or Shared Service Industry.

    Highly effective in creating Recruitment strategies.

    Excellent written and oral communication skills.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
