PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES : (Include, but not limited to : )

  • Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
  • Conduct stationary audit and orders for OS&L across both sites
  • Provide centralized administration and operations support across all teams within the Owner Services & Loyalty Department.
  • Design, develop and manage Owner Services & Loyalty collateral.
  • Maintain asset registers, system access and licensing information, including regular audits.
  • Proactively create event material and manage the team events calendar.
  • Effective management of team and employee recognition budget and maintenance of all compliance documentation.
  • Maintain housekeeping token reporting and awarding inline with booking guidelines
  • Submit purchase orders and invoices for review / payment in a timely manner utilizing the appropriate internal systems.
  • Provide administration support, including minute taking, to department Leaders.Co-ordinate administration duties relating to team and department meetings, including the co-ordination of Zoom dial in.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and other documentation required by the Leadership team.
  • Ensure all web-based and printed material, address lists, website content, policies and procedures, organization charts and staff lists are kept up-to-date.
  • Prepare, review and submit monthly / quarterly bonus payments for approval for eligible Consultants.
  • Responding to all forms of written owner correspondence in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Responding to inbound customer enquiries with confidence and enthusiasm leading to a positive resolution.
  • Other duties as reasonably requested by the Senior Director of Owner Services & Corporate Marketing, Director of Owner Operations & Support, Travel Manager and / or Owner Services Senior Supervisor.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures relating to Workplace Health and Safety ensuring the safety of yourself and all other people who may be effected by your conduct in the workplace.
  • Deliver CARE service to all internal and external parties.
