The Operation Specialist is responsible for the management of workflow throughout all departments within a business. The purpose of this position is to optimize daily activities and performance of the business across the board.

The Operations Specialist's responsibilities might range from ordering supplies to managing inventory, maintaining SOPs, liaising with other departments.


  • Monitors day-today operations while tracking and reporting on performance and recommending actionable improvements as necessary
  • Assists the business operations in planning, organizing and coordinating functions relating to the operation of the business
  • Maintains an updated client, customer, contractor and supplier management system
  • Monitors expenses and budget in line with the Finance Department
  • Provides recommendations and suggestions for improvements in any aspects relating to increased performance
  • Trains and on-board new employees on operational protocols to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
  • Keep up to date with the current market trends and industry forecasts
  • Coordinates with different departments to achieve optimal work production across the board

    Educational Background :

  • Bachelor’s Degree of in Business, Financial Management or any related field.
  • Work Experiences :

  • At least 3-4 proven experience in working in business / sales operations and Financial Management
  • Skills / Knowledge :

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; Excellent oral and written communication skills; High self-initiative with the ability to work well under pressure;
  • Able to work effectively with minimal supervision; Knowledge of handling general office equipment;
  • Proficient in technology especially Microsoft Excel and other microsoft office applications
  • Proven organizational skills including time management, can relate well with any level in the organization, systematic, attention to details, analytical, accuracy; innovative
