The Sales Lead is responsible for delivering on MS OE, Rev and cBase targets in their dedicated area, potentially also including PRS targets.
With a prioritized focus on driving growth in Managed Services, this customer facing leadership role will lead all MS Sales resources assigned to their area and work closely with the Banking Area Head and Growth Program Manager on initiatives that accelerate Managed Services growth.

Responsible for all MS sales and projects, including regional and global projects that are present within the assigned territory
Advocate and sell the global MS solution portfolio. Responsible for meeting / exceeding assigned revenue targets. Handles Managed Services communication or policy implementation
Business scope Managed Services
Develop strategies and programs that drive the acquisition, activation, retention and reactivation of Services customers
Define strategies, utilizing analytics in solution, competitor and customer behaviors and needs.
Identify actions to drive increased revenue across existing services customers, and strategies to penetrate and acquire new customers.
Developing a standard cadence of market and customer insights distribution across the team
Identify executional barriers, and oversee the resolution of such issues working together with the operations owner.
Evangelize the value proposition of Managed Services, enabling the creation of opportunities in key targeted accounts.
Direct involvement in large, complex and strategic opportunities, contributing to the sales and solution process, taking the lead to integrate all required internal / external parties, and providing senior support for the R1 / R2 to close the MS deal.
Assesses and tracks the sales pipeline to support delivery of value to DN and its customers. Identifies and executes additional initiatives that could help deliver and achieve growth objectives.
Helps identify current initiatives that do not support the strategic direction and develops recommendations to put on hold or eliminate.
Identifies barriers and / or resistance, develops and executes plans to overcome obstacles.
Top-Tier Business Development Executive with 10 15 years’ experience in a significant leadership role with Managed Services sales and / or solution responsibility / experience with strategic, SLA and P&L responsibilities preferably with a multi-national company.
Demonstrated success at leading, driving / executing cross-functional initiatives and leading in complex and matrix environments with multiple stakeholders including the management of suppliers
Strong goal orientation with a strong commitment to quality, cultural sensitivity & ethical behavior as well as a proven track record in business development and growth
Excellent communication & presentation skills including engaging at the C-suite executive level
Strong people leadership development skills are essential
Ability to travel regionally / globally as needed
Highly motivated self-starter, skilled to keep the teams motivated always
Proven experience setting up processes and best practices-based methodologies in an sales and pre-sales environment
Result oriented with track record of achievements
Accurate forecasting and strategic planning capabilities coupled with strong business acumen
