The Key Account Manager will be primarily responsible for selling Medical Solutions Division Products in the Health Care Market (Hospital Segment) in Mindanao.
All of the Care Settings inside the Hospital will be handled by the Key Account Manager and will work closely with the Distributor Reps in the Area.
Works independently in managing his assigned markets and territory.
This includes Key Account management including identification, product specification, and closing sales. He is expected to achieve his sales targets and Support Business / Division Objectives.
He is also expected to grow the business through new business development in the Key Accounts, and maintains and updates his activities and Key Accounts records via SF.
Implement, Monitor and ensure success of Sales and Marketing Programs.
Lastly, he will also conduct Lectures and Demonstration to different Care Setting in a Hospital to create awareness, Change Protocol and make sales conversion to 3M .
Candidate Profile :
A University Graduate and preferably a graduate of Medical Courses or Business Courses.
Preferably has at least three (3) selling experience in the Health Care Market in Mindanao.
Strong key Account Management Skills
Has high Business Ethics
Can work under minimal Supervision
With drivers License and can drive a four wheeled vehicle
