FUNDPRO MARKETING INTERNATIONAL INC. is in search of a RECRUITMENT OFFICER to join the Recruitment Team and help hire top talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Perform overall recruitment process : job posting, sourcing, CV screening, interviewing, completing background checks, onboarding and offboarding
Perform in-person and phone interviews
Administer appropriate company assessments
Effectively utilize available sourcing tools
Innovate ways of attracting more candidates
Accurately update trackers and monitor candidate movement
Complete timely reports on employment activity
Assist with basic sales and product training for new hires
Perform other administrative tasks as deemed necessary
REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor’s degree or higher
1-3 years of recruitment experience is REQUIRED for this position
Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
Trainable and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to multitask and work under pressure
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
With good understanding of social media networks
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
Work Schedule : Monday to Friday
Work Location (onsite) : Quezon City
