We wish to inform you that the DSWD-NCR, Elsie Gaches Village (EGV) is inviting applicants for the following vacant positions.

Internal staff should submit performance evaluation from immediate supervisor and performance rating which is at least very satisfactory for the last rating period (July to December 2013) :

Salary Grade / Salary : 09 Php16,051.00

Qualification Standards (Per CSC MC 1, s. 1997)

Education : 2nd Year College Midwifery / Behavioral Courses

Training : Eight (8) hours of relevant training

Experience : Two (2) years of relevant experience

Eligibility : None Required (MC 11, S. ’96 Cat. 111)

  • Primary Functions :

    vSupervises and monitors activities of homelife staff.

    vSupervises the program implementation of homelife services.

    vPrepares and submits periodic reports of homelife service, schedule of staff assignments and their off duties.

    vPrepares periodic performance evaluation of the staff.

    vParticipate in the preparation of yearly Plan

    vModels spiritual, moral values, organizational values, work ethics to peers and wards.

    vPerforms other related tasks as may be assigned
