Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind : that you shall aid the Timekeeping Manager in any aspects as requested by the role globally.
As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it will lead to one thing : that you will perform tasks as part of the local end to end TIMEKEEPING processing for 15,000 + active employees.
As a Timekeeping Analyst, you will do the consolidation and validation of Time inputs for both premium eligible and non-eligible employees.
You will ensure the timely and accurate submission or premium payouts or time related deduction to correct employees based on downloaded inputs every regular pay period processing.
You will ensure accurate and timely time related inputs for final pay processing of resigned employees. You will review and approve accruals for unprocessed TIMEKEEPING transactions as of current month.
You will prepare timekeeping related accruals and book by Day+1 to deliver Day +7 financial close for PH the following month.
You will comply with internal controls, company policies and statutory requirements and participate in various audit activities.
You will work with TIMEKEEPING Vendor to ensure smooth timekeeping processing. You will participate actively in projects and various process improvements initiated within and outside the team.
You will participate actively in capability development and engagement activities initiated by Finance leadership. You will be partners with other Finance, Support Departments and Operations to help implement proactive employee retention strategies, roll out initiatives, & provide support & assistance to operations and other support functions.
You will perform other job related assignments that may be assigned from time to time.Requirements : What exactly are we looking for?
Well since this is an analyst role, we need someone who’s a graduate of accountancy, finance, math, or other related courses.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance / timekeeping is needed. We need someone with strong communication and soft skills.
