Duties & Responsibilities :
Analysis & Reporting reviews and analyzes reports, records and data to ensure quality,
efficiency and productivity standards are met.
Goal Setting & Performance management sets operational goals and business objectives.
Helps in conducting performance reviews and recommends action plans to resolve
Strategies assists the Operations Manager in developing operational strategies taking into
consideration the ongoing needs, assessment and feedback from operations and other
Process improvement creates and develops policies to improve quality and increase
Discipline maintains a strict form of discipline at all times, in terms of policies and
processes. At times, may implement corrective actions to address performance gaps and
analyze trends to effectively coach to attain goals and objectives
Communication Effectively facilitates group discussion, business reviews, business strategy
changes, and any critical discussion related to the company
Client-dealing conducts interactions and regular communication with the client : in
partnership with the Operations Manager and the Client Relations Manager.
Workforce Management keeps close watch on workforce specific to requirements,
schedule adherence, meeting staffing needs and recruitment items in partnership with
Administrative - perform other duties that may be assigned by the Management team from
time to time
Minimum Qualifications :
