Job Description

  • Create and implement the HR Programs and policies related to employee .
  • Frame and collaboratively implement progressive HR processes, procedures, and policies pertaining to attendance & punctuality , nondiscrimination, SOP’s etc
  • Responsible for designing and implementing best practices related to Employee relations, Employee Management , Compensation & Benefits & Employee Retention
  • Develop and maintain work culture
  • Conceptualize and implement Rewards and Incentive programmes
  • Monitor employee performance & appraisal
  • Handle employee conflict resolution, process for Performance improvement plans , termination of services etc
  • Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business or Organization Development.
  • Professional background in all facets of HR
  • At least 9 years of experience in Human Resource Department
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Leader / Officer / Manager
  • Adept in Philippine Labor Laws
  • Strong Leadership and Problem-solving skills
  • Has experience establishing HR Programs and Policies
