Tasks :

Responsible for Lean / Six Sigma projects that eliminates re-work, provide cost savings, increase revenues and increase internal / external customer satisfaction within the center Work with different Service Delivery Leads / Functional Leads or towers within the center to achieve optimal results on efficiency metrics and help them achieve promoter status and grow current business through process improvements that will improve internal / external customer lifetime value Support the Service Delivery team to achieve Standard / Operational Excellence in performance metrics through gap analysis and process improvements projects Strengthen and enhance internal processes to make them more efficient and effective by identifying the process improvement / re-

engineering opportunities Able to identify opportunities, create solutions, present them as business cases to key stakeholders and execute the solution proposed Recommends solutions and controls, and implementing approved recommendations Defining the project character, roles, tasks, milestones, budgets and measurements of success to support the business case in effective manner Conducts workshop & effective resource speaker, Presenting data, sharing analysis and getting concurrence from stakeholders on action plans for the assigned processes / projects Proactively identifying and resolving issues encountered including completion of lessons learned process and required documentation Facilitating the day to day coordination while adhering to Project Quality Framework standards and sponsor expectations using standard project management methodologies Process mapping and identifying non-

value add steps to create lean and agile processes Share progress on Six Sigma and other continuous improvement initiatives with Process Improvement Manager and other stakeholders Leading activities required to maintain and complete all project documentation that meeting required expectations Provide support to the Process Improvement Manager in governance reviews to review the update and action plan on various process and system improvements Conduct interactive workshops for employees on quality tools and generate process improvements ideas Conducting and communicating project / phase kick off meetings, assignments of roles and project expectations to ensure every team members have the required tools and training to work effectively Implements day-

to-day management, development, and recognition, and discipline of subordinates Evaluates, guides, coaches, and mentors subordinates in the effective performance of assigned tasks

Requirements :

With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Human Resource, Financial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or any related field or any related field.

Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree / Professional Certification preferred. Must be a Certified Lean & Six Sigma Green Belt (Certified) / Black Belt (Trained or Certified) Preferably 5 years of relevant experience in a multi-

national organization (BPO Setting preferred) Preferable 2 years of experience in leading projects, mentoring and leading teams Excellent project and change management skills and prior experience of working in multinational teams across various business areas, with strong emphasis on achieving specified KPIs and delivering deadlines (data driven) Lead experience in various operational functions in the industry (Training, Quality, Workforce, Operations) Strong background on process improvement applying technology (example : (MS Office, Visual Basic NET, MS Access, VBA, Sharepoint development, RPA).

Effective analytical & problem-solving skills; ability to understand complex environments Demonstrate excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills Strong Influencing and consultative skills Good knowledge of Six Sigma concepts and all tools included therein Good knowledge of the accounting procedures Good knowledge of internal control, SAP ERP System Good technical knowledge of MS office , MS Visio and Minitab Awareness in ISO Process Audit Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering quality results to tight deadlines Ability to work in a challenging environemnt with a tight deadline Strong and strategic business understanding and an excellent ability to understand and manage complex situations in a fast paced environment
