JOB SUMMARY :

The job objective of the Experience Mapping Specialist is to provide support to the Experience Mapping Director in providing digital solutions for clients, whether social, media, analytics or UX.

They are responsible for creating digital strategies, defining measurement frameworks, improvements on usability and accessibility of the solutions on digital.

Business Leadership :

Ensure familiarity in the available digital products / solutions offered by MWG and their potential benefits to the clients.

Client Leadership :

Collaborates with the Accounts Teams in proposing the proper digital product / solution to answer client's requirements Exhibits expertise and confidence in presenting analytics and performance reports to clients.

Product Leadership :

Ensures the timely delivery and correctness of all digital products or solutions assigned to the Experience Mapping team.

Monitors and validates the output given by the Experience Delivery team adheres to the quality standards and are aligned with the media plan, engagement plan, sentiment scan, and other data-related output.

Supports the Experience Mapping Director with relevant case studies / best practices and up-to-date data from various credible sources to help the Accounts Teams gain sufficient knowledge on the digital products / solutions offered by MWG.

Ensures that all digital products / solutions delivered addresses the client’s problems / business objectives and are delivered on-time and up to quality standards.

Challenges the brief, as appropriate.

Creates and submits timely analytics and reports with insightful and actionable recommendations.

Attends internal and external trainings and workshops to ensure up-to-date knowledge and skills across digital platforms and exhibits thought leadership.

Operational Leadership :

Ensures that the work delivered is within planned hours.

Ensures up-to date knowledge and skills in using digital tools such as Global Web Index, Similar Web Pro, Digimind, Google Marketing Platform, Facebook Marketing Platform, and other digital tools available to the Experience Mapping team.

Ensure data processing practices and methodologies across assigned projects adhere to existing data privacy regulatory requirements.

People Leadership :

Collaborates with the Experience Design and Experience Delivery teams to ensure that the materials adhere to the approved strategy Aids the Accounts Teams in having sufficient understanding of the digital metrics and analysis of the reports.

Cultural Leadership :

Exhibits a culture of self-propelled learning and development, and shares relevant insights and information to the Experience Mapping Team, as needed.

Embodies the BIG values of McCann Worldgroup in every interaction among peers, internal and external stakeholders and by actively participating in company events and initiatives.

Proficient in MS Office and Google tools.

Proficient in Tagalog & English

Preferably with knowledge on social listening platforms such as Facebook Insights, Twitter and Instagram Analytics, DigiMind, and other similar tools

Preferably with knowledge in using Facebook Marketing Platform, Google Marketing Platform

Preferably with experience in creating digital media playbooks and is knowledgeable about digital media products on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

Preferably with experience using statistical software / programming (R, Python, SAS, MATLAB, etc.)

Preferably with direct experience in digital media buying / planning operations which include audience sizing and campaign optimization

Required Experience

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE

At least 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing - Preferably with experience in social media strategy, media strategy, UX strategy, and / or analytics
