ïProcessing of all hired employees including (facilitation of an effective Employee Orientation Program)
participating in professional organizations.
ïAssist in employee engagement and different company activities for employeeâs wellness such as the Townhalls, Anniversary / Christmas Parties, Summer / Teambuilding Activities and the like.
ïEnsures that employeesâ activities are planned and extended to employees to boost morale and camaraderie within the organization.
ïEnsure documents management of all newly hired employees.
ïUpdate HRA documentation and records.
ïTimely HRA personnel actions and instructions.
ïSuccessful orientation of hired applicants including completion of documents and hiring requirements.
4.Other tasks :
ïReview payroll timesheets for salary / wage computation.
ïTime keeping and recording
ïProcess paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the payroll system.
ïRecord employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update payroll records.
ïKeep track of leave time, such as vacation, personal, and sick leave, for employees.
ïTo fill gaps within HR in the event of any unforeseen prolonged leave of absences or resignation.
