1.Recruitment

To be able to source the best candidates based on the work experiences and skills of prospective applicants within targeted time.

Identify staff vacancies and source, interview and select qualified applicants.

Develops a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.

Builds networks to find qualified passive candidates.

Processing of all hired employees including (facilitation of an effective Employee Orientation Program)

  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks;
  • participating in professional organizations.

    2.Employee Relation

    Assist in employee engagement and different company activities for employee’s wellness such as the Townhalls, Anniversary / Christmas Parties, Summer / Teambuilding Activities and the like.

    Ensures that employees’ activities are planned and extended to employees to boost morale and camaraderie within the organization.

    3.HR Documentation

    Ensure documents management of all newly hired employees.

    Update HRA documentation and records.

    Timely HRA personnel actions and instructions.

    Successful orientation of hired applicants including completion of documents and hiring requirements.

    4.Other tasks :

    Review payroll timesheets for salary / wage computation.

    Time keeping and recording

    Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the payroll system.

    Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update payroll records.

    Keep track of leave time, such as vacation, personal, and sick leave, for employees.

    To fill gaps within HR in the event of any unforeseen prolonged leave of absences or resignation.
