Job Description



The Digital Marketing Specialist is primarily responsible for leading digital marketing efforts of Pilmico Philippines through the use of the Marketing Cloud platform. He/She will be working cross functionally across different departments to plan and implement marketing campaigns centered around Social Media, Email, Web and Mobile.


He/She will be working closely with the Brand and Communications Supervisor to develop and implement marketing communication strategies as well as coordinate digital marketing requirements for channels like social media, website and e-commerce, including content ideation, creation and implementation schedules that are aligned with business objectives.


In addition, he/she is also expected to manage and facilitate the company’s webinars and to come up with timely and insightful reports on the company’s performance across digital channels. 



Marketing Cloud Account Management


  1. Aid in the formulation and execution of digital strategies and tactics for email, mobile, and web that create demand for solutions across a mix of channels including social media, email, mobile, among others.

  2. Oversee new data in Marketing Cloud and advise on data use for targeting, personalization, configuration, strategy, and reporting.

  3. Closely monitors the performance and ROI of campaigns to formulate recommendations to improve results and processes.

  4. Supports social media channels with demand content to drive awareness and conversions.

  5. Collects customer data and use this information to create comprehensive reports to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.


Digital Marketing and Content Creation 


  1. Help develop marketing strategies that will grow Pilmico’s followers, engage and retain them, convert into leads, customers, and active fans and promoters of Pilmico.

  2. Write and produce various types of content regularly, to expand Pilmico’s digital footprint, awareness, subscribers, and leads for social media, e-commerce and website.

  3. Ensures brand consistency in social media messages by working with various departments, including but not limited to brand, product category managers, marketing, and sales. 

  4. Blog on an ongoing basis to support and promote offers and to attract site visitors through search, social media, and email subscribers.

  5. Research products and conduct competitor analysis.

  6. Collaborate with category managers, sales, external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and the audience.


Digital Broadcasting Operations


  1. Serve as the lead point of contact for all webinars of Pilmico

  2. Liaise with other departments and business units to ensure that webinar communication materials are consistent with established brand guidelines.

  3. Oversees and manages the broadcast operations of various live stream activities of the different business units.

  4. Ensure the timely and successful implementation of Webinars 


Other Tasks


  1. Manage and support the on-page and off-page creative requirements of Pilmico eCommerce channels and promotions

  2. Support and collaborate Marketing related initiatives, projects and events.

  3. Performs other related activities that may be assigned by immediate superior.



  • Knowledge in branding and marketing 

  • Tech and social media savvy.

  • Good copy and visual storytelling abilities.

  • Very good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation. 

  • Basic skills in creative design include Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premier), demand generation, blogging is a plus.

  • Skill in handling multiple tasks and prioritizing

  • Ability to work independently, quickly and under pressure

  • Ability to work with frequent interruptions and changes in priorities

  • Ability to manage different projects at the same time

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with product managers

  • Excellent organizational skills to work independently as well as collaboratively and manage projects with many moving parts

  • Presentation, facilitating and training skills can be handy in this position

  • Possess strong stakeholder management, project management. and resiliency
