About Your Client :
Your client is a leading homewares retailer based in the Australian state of Victoria and they’ve been in business for more than 50 years.
From their beginnings as a hardware retailer, they have since expanded into decorating, kitchenware, and other lifestyle product lines.
What You Will Do :
Provide data entry support for the client’s Head Office team.
Enter and receive purchase orders.
Update and import pricing information in the merchandise system.
Enter invoices into the accounting system (as required).
Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports.
Extract system data and use Excel to reformat and modify the information as required by the team.
Assist the team in the preparation of spreadsheets and reports by extracting, collating, manipulating, and presenting data in a format that fits the purpose.
Resolve administrative problems by coordinating the preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
Aid executives in preparing for meetings
Draft slides, meeting notes, and documents for executives.
File documents (maintain a database of soft files and printed matter in a secure manner).
Update contact management information.
Update lease information using the lease database system.
Skills and Qualifications :
Knowledge and experience in using the Shopify platform.
Strong organizational skills
Knowledge and experience in using both Microsoft Office Tools and Google Workspace Tools.
Expertise in data management
Proficient verbal and written English communication skills.
