1. Lead a winning Country Chefs Supporting Chefs Organization to support the achievement of the MCO and country strategy and annual plans :
Cover the basics : Ensure quality demonstrations that engage operators to obtain UFS solutions; Train sales reps in Chefmanship;
Un-lock additional business with Key Accounts.
Maximize Efficiency. Create more scale in demonstrations; Streamline demonstrations and operator visits with customer development.
Leverage the internal and external chef community. Leverage global and local chef expertise by selecting and implementing best practice;
Create and share local best practice in the global community
2. Engage, develop and build the local Chef team to perform in critical chef roles :
Develop winning solutions to activate our product categories, in close cooperation with marketing and digital
Develop most channel-relevant solutions with channel marketing to activate in priority channels
Build the UFS reputation in the Food Services market
Build and share top-notch chef expertise in selected areas (e.g. cuisines, food safety, trends etc.)
3. Drive chef expertise to create future business through impactful innovations :
Work with marketing and digital to identify, develop and validate new business opportunities that arise from emerging operator needs, kitchen trends, FS market developments, and new technologies.
Translating emerging operator needs, kitchen trends, and Food Service market developments to FS solutions with clear benefits for operators in all channels.
4.Country Executive Chef to continue to take up Chef roles in their area of top-notch expertise and with most critical operators & customers in the country.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Proven track-record as senior management chef and operator, preferably in multiple channels or countries
Commercially oriented interventions to FS customers (products, solutions)
Team leadership role
Collaborative work with CD / marketing
Familiarity with social media
