Responsibilities :

  • Deliver reports to a variety of audiences outlining trends on recruiting, talent, retention and other People Metrics.
  • Provide outstanding stakeholder management and support (proactively getting feedback, sharing updates and new ideas, meeting regularly).
  • Manage multiple projects effectively and self-sufficiently (gather requirements, recommend approaches, and develop and test solutions).
  • Help the team express data in remarkable ways using visualization tools like Tableau.
  • Learn and apply new ways to generate insight through use of machine learning and advanced analytics (clustering, text analytics, forecasting and modeling).
  • Improve and automate processes using a variety of tools such as SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, Excel VBA and others.
  • Communicate insights effectively using creative data visualizations and storytelling techniques.
