SAS programming with large and complex healthcare databases.

ETL, data standardization, databaseproduction, ad hoc analysis and process engineering.

Collect, organize, and disseminate significantamounts of information about said data with attention to detail and accuracy.

Provide custom analysis and prepare outcomesusing health care claims data.

Handle multiple concurrent projectseffectively with varying tasks and priorities and minimal supervision.

The candidate must be motivated, inquisitive and able to readilytake ownership of responsibilities.

Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field required

5 to 7 years of solid SAS and SQL experience.

Strong command of health care claims and financial analysis.

Experiencing working with benefits data, medical claims, pharmacy claims and other healthcare data.

Experience with health care code like ICD9, ICD10, CPT, HCPCS, DRG, etc.

Experience with HIPPA, PHI and data security standards

Excellent problem solving, data and analytical skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office 2010 or greater, with heavy emphasis on Excel

Must be proficient in Microsoft SQL, including table structure and creating queries

Proven ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail.

VBA and Microsoft Access experience is a plus
