The role holder provides business consultancy to our client base, they will work as part of a team requiring a moderate level of supervision.
Starting to take initiative and responsibility for ensuring that client work is performed, and deliverables produced on time.

Allocated tasks are worked under general guidance & within detailed assignment plans, but is expected to think through these tasks, and to decide on most appropriate approach to the work.

Technically competent and developing consulting skills.
Translation between Japanese to English (and vice versa) and as Bridge SEbetween Japan and offshore.
Coordinate with Japan counterpart, get training / acquire knowledge and echo tooffshore team.
Implementation and support of Japan projects.
To perform translation of documents from Japanese to English, and vice-versa asneeded in the projects.
To act as a Bridge between Japan and other teams requiring English and Japanesecommunication support
To attend meetings, take down minutes and do interpretations when necessary.
To produce Japanese and / or English reports or documents as needed in theproject
To provide full coordination of any technical or non-technical projectactivities and processes
To coordinate and help during client visits
To conduct technical work (programming, testing, etc) if assigned as Bridge SE
To lead a project and / or team of bilinguals
To perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate Supervisor such as but not limited to :
a. Can be part of Business Development for pre-sales or opportunity
b. Possible assignment also in PMO business or operational area
c. Can be part of Quality Management for testing or inspection
d. Can be part of the Bulk Dispatch program in Japan
e. Or any otherleadership responsibilities in areas where skills can be honed further

Experience & Skills need :
Preferably with N1 or N2 JLPT level.
Preferably with >
3 years of translation or interpretation work.
Technical (Java, Spring, C#, .Net, iOS, Android, etc.) background preferred
Willing to be assigned out of the country both for short (less than a year) and long-term (at least 1 year) deployment
