Job description

  • Prepares consolidated reports needed by the Territory (Weekly, Monthly and quarterly reports)
  • These reports are needed for the regular Sales Leadership Team (SLT) Meetings, Sales Direct Reports (SDR) Meetings, and Branch Meetings
  • Maintains, monitors and controls inventory of all supplies, printed forms and other logistic resources of the entire territory
  • Helps in the preparation, monitoring and controlling the budget of the clusters and territory
  • Conducts training for the SSAs in the territory on the usage of our different systems
  • Assists in the preparation of big events for the territory
  • Quarterly Campaigns and Territory 3 Recognition Events
  • Develops art cards / recognition Facebook posts for productivity, recruitment / agency building and other metrics
  • Processes all the payments for suppliers and other expenses of the different clusters and territory
  • Handles the booking of flights, hotel other logistics / requirements of the territory
  • Supports HO office initiatives (, UW / NB special projects, BCOS / CSC projects, Client Care Initiatives, Coding / Licensing Online Exams enrolment and Sales Support programs)
  • Requirements :

  • Degree holder of Marketing, Communication Arts, or other related course;
  • Must be proficient in using MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and can easily learn the in-house system;
  • Must demonstrate ability to handle both routine and non-routine tasks;
  • Has good interpersonal and oral & written communication skills;
  • Pro-active, systematic, assertive, with pleasing personality and has the ability to work in a team environment under minimal supervision.
