Bring your career aspirations to life with AIA!The Agency Corporate Solutions Specialist is responsible for the timely delivery & support of the end to end sales and after-sales process to drive activation, productivity and nurturing to support the company’s Premier Agency Strategies.

Manages the end to end tactical Corporate Solutions Sales initiatives in assigned area including conceptualization, design, implementation, and tracking to support the overall Corporate Solutions Agency strategies and organizational business growth.

Overall lead for agency activation & productivity in assigned area to expand and grow Corporate Solutions active sellers and enable their productivity.

Responsible for the execution of activity management and business reviews in assigned agencies. Works in partnership with the Director of Agencies and Business Development Managers to ensure successful implementation.

Accountable as the single Corporate Solutions Agency POC for advisors & clients and is responsible for the following : Responsible to the pricing, proposal generation and negotiation to generate new and support business growth of Corporate Solutions Agency Channel.

Responsible in ensuring Corporate Solutions business sustainability through the best in class advisor and client servicing including billing, issuance, collections, renewals, commission crediting, and the like.

  • Oversee Corporate Solutions Agency Operations of assigned area such as agency team meetings to provide clear communication of company policies, sales incentives, campaign promotions, product marketing and performance updates, and the like Provide relevant feedback to other teams from day to day observations and feedback from the HO Team Performs other duties from time to time in order to meet operational requirements MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS Graduate of a bachelor’s degree preferably in the field of business administration, management, marketing, or the like At least 3-year experience in sales, marketing, business development, and the like;
  • preferably with basic understanding of the life insurance industry; Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
