As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for the effective deployment of global strategies. You will identify investment and divestment opportunities to maximizing growth while meeting stakeholder expectations and champions achievement of Cx marketing targets and Cx sales key performance indicators in keeping with regional directions.
You will also provide execution leadership across all areas of marketing to achieve short-term and long-term brand sales and profit objectives.

Full ownership and responsibility of brand and category P&L’s as well as resource allocation across the various functions
Full ownership of brand KPI’s such as Net Sales, Market Share, Growth, A&P and brand Contribution
Adept in utilizing various Media platforms (i.e. TV, Radio, print, OOH, digital, PR) to drive brand awareness, consideration and trial as well as tracking of achievement vs key media KPI’s (SOV, Reach, CTR’s, Engagement, Impressions, etc)
Implements brand plans cascaded by SEA area marketing suitable to the PH Market
Translates regional category directives to local marketing strategies.
Aligns all local activities to SEA area marketing plans and facilitate all campaigns and initiatives to meet agreed timings and objectives.
Ensures that the Innovation Pipeline follows SEA area marketing plan and is aligned to the needs of the Philippine Market.
Ensures OTIF launch timings as aligned with area marketing
Leverages on scientific innovations to generate new business opportunities, competitive advantage, and continuous improvements
Constantly learns and updates himself with knowledge on GSK products, competitor activities, and external market factors.
Integrates Expert and Shopper insights and thinking to drive brand / category growth.
Ensures all activities are targeted to specific market
Ensures digital activations are aligned and integrated with brand plans / campaigns and targeted to a specific audience.
Ensures consumer needs are correctly identified in developing plans to further grow the business.
Manages and ensures favorable results for the overall local marketing A&P and Opex budgets.
Liaises with Sales, Expert Sales, Trade Marketing, Media Agencies, Digital Partners, Event Activations, Medical Governance / Regulatory, Compliance, QMS, and Supply Chain Teams.
Collaborates / consults with Expert Sales regarding program alignment and campaign strategies
Basic Qualifications :
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals :
Experience in leading people in both project-based and day-to-day situations
5 or more years of brand marketing experience in Consumer Products or Over-the-Counter (OTC) marketing
Experience delivering insights-based consumer communications and brand share growth
Experience in large scale new product launches; collaboration with global teams; delivering results in a matrix organization
