About the role

We are seeking a key member of the central CRM team to work as part of our growing CRM Lifecycle function.

Reporting into the Senior CRM Manager for Lifecycle, you’ll be an integral part of the team that is responsible for developing the automated, lifecycle campaigns through which we manage our customer relationships.

You’ll be hands-on in our CRM system, utilising all available data to create effective, compelling customer journeys as part of our overall CRM strategy.

As a member of WorldRemit’s Lifecycle CRM team you will aim high, embrace challenges and always do what’s right; acting with integrity and building trust as you contribute to the company’s technical direction and long term decision making.

Reporting to the Senior CRM Manager , you will :

Working with internal stakeholders (e.g., content, operations, product) to define and manage ad-hoc CRM communications, in particular in the email & push / IAM channels

Creating, checking, and deploying email marketing campaigns using Braze, our CRM platform

Defining and segmenting audiences appropriate for each message

Acting as a customer advocate’ and ensuring the quality, relevancy, consistency and accuracy of our CRM

Assisting with the design and creation of promotions, automated messaging, campaigns, and events

Testing, measuring, and learning from each communication constantly seek improvement

What we’re looking for from you

Few years of CRM or email marketing expertise

Knowledge of Braze is preferred

Able to develop and build segments within a marketing automation platform (Braze, SFMC, Iterable, ActiveCampaign, etc.)

Expertise driving customer engagement through dynamic email, push, in-app messaging, and SMS on an enterprise-level marketing automation platform

Competency in coding HTML, CSS, and Liquid

Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environment

A desire to work across multiple channels and to be involved in designing and delivering marketing automation

Knowledge / experience of FS / money transfer business

Experience of working in a multinational / multi-market organisation
