Job Description

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing assistance and support to the Capital Markets and Investment Services of the company.

We are looking for a candidate who is willing to develop and learn competencies and skills while achieving both company and personal goal.

  • Support to the Project Sales Team in all the marketing activities for the project;
  • Will handle project inquiries and brokers accreditation process;
  • Handle sales documentation;
  • Coordinate with the Project Sales Team on all the marketing activities;
  • Support the Project Sales Team in the presentation of project details, pricing, payment terms and other details to prospective buyers and accredited brokers;
  • Facilitate the accreditation process for brokers;
  • Regular reporting to Project Lead;
  • Other duties as may prescribed by the Project Lead.
  • Qualifications

  • College graduate of any course;
  • Preferably with experience in sales and marketing;
  • Strong attention to details;
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, specifically Powerpoint, Excel and Word;
  • Customer-service oriented;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Proactive and team player;
  • Amendable to work at the assigned project site in Cavite on most days of the week and to report at the head office in Makati if needed.
