This role assists in the day-to-day operations of the hospital through monitoring the upkeep and status of its parking physical facilities under the guidance of general house rules and hospital guidelines.
He / she develops, reviews, and implements comprehensive programs and guidelines for outsourced service providers, and parking facilities that ensures operational effectivity, safety, and security for all patrons and employees of the hospital.
He / she also acts as the liaison between Makati Medical Center (MMC), hospital units and departments, concessionaires, tenants, outsourced personnel, and doctor’s clinics with regards to the maintenance activities under the unit's area of responsibility.
Duties & Responsibilites (include but not limited to) :
Monitors the day to day operations of vehicle services and parking facilities of Makati Medical Center.
Conducts review and quarterly risk assessments of the operations of vehicle services (shuttle services, valet service providers, and outsourced drivers) and parking facilities and provides documented reports.
Monitors the compliance of the outsourced staff / concessionaires with internal and external requirements. These include, but are not limited to, documentation management, incident reporting, training, budget preparations and analyses, regulatory requirements, emission testing schedules, insurance policy updates, contracts, etc.
In cases of non-compliance, initiates to meet concerned providers to identify correct incident root causes and effective action plans.
Minimum Educational Attainment : Graduate of any four (4)-year course
Work Experience : At least two (2) years of experience in general affairs services, parking management systems, facilities management, or other related fields
