Job Overview :
This role will be accountable for maintaining data integrity and high stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities :
Actively partner with key HR stakeholders to ensure data integrity and high customer satisfaction
Role is not limited to data entry but will also be tasked to support organization maintenance activities and projects.
Will serve as Subject Matter Expert / Global process lead responsible for identifying gap analysis, streamline processes and continuous process improvement.
Uses Microsoft Office programs on a computer to create documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and correspondence
Handles other special projects or duties as assigned by departmental manager.
Timely and accurate setup and / or maintenance of employee data
Works well with others as a team player to achieve team goals
Accountable for individual results and impact on team
Assists all HR stakeholders, functioning as a centralized resource
Maintain a high degree of confidentiality, integrity and professionalism
Positive role model and coach to team members
Ensures that company objectives, policies, programs, and procedures are adhered to.
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR gained in a high volume multi-national Shared Service environment
Excellent spoken and written communication skills and presentation skill.
Experience in preparing reports and data analyses
Ability to learn and support new systems and applications
Excellent attention to details and processes
Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
Experienced and willing to work on rotating shifts based on 24 / 7 operations
Preferred Qualifications and Education :
Experience working in a Human Resources department
Knowledge and experience using advanced excel functions
Able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
Actual project management experience
Experience and understanding of Oracle Cloud and case management systems
Experience in other HR / Payroll systems such as Taleo, JDE, SAP, Oracle

This role will be part of Shared Services Team that will support McDermott's global operations on 24 / 7 basis.
