Responsibilities and Duties :

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Ability to persuade and convince prospective clients
  • 1 year of experience of outbound (cold) calling and appointment setting (preferably Real Estate clients)
  • Computer skills & proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CRM programs
  • Experience in business to consumer sales
  • Experience working with a team to support targeted quota
  • Experience with property investments, sales and / or direct response sales are greatly preferred, but not a requirement
  • A can do attitude and the ability to prioritize and self-manage workload
