The position will be responsible for conducting sales presentations and signing up / registering Sellers and Buyers into the Krops Application system.
He / She will monitor all sales activities in their assigned area which includes account development and management. He will ensure that customer’s needs are satisfied and facilitate continued mutual business partnership.
Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products / services
Create a positive image and lead consumers to use it
Use lectures, films, charts, and / or slide shows
Distribute product samples, brochures, flyers etc. to source new sales opportunities
Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements
Set up booths or promotional stands
Report on demonstration related information (interest level, questions asked, number of samples / flyers distributed, etc.)
Will do 100% field work
Can conduct sales presentation or product presentations to Farmers Groups and similar prospects
At least 3 years of sales working experience is required for this position and Track record of over-achieving quota
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Agriculture / Aquaculture / Forestry, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Economics, Marketing, Veterinary or equivalent.
Strong interpersonal and excellent presentation skills are required.
Must be a team player; must be flexible and customer oriented.
Excellent communication skills both oral and written are an advantage.
Must know how to drive a motorcycle and must be willing to do regular fieldwork.
