Job Description

  • Should have significant and well-rounded experience in Revenue Management, Reconciliations, Financial Reporting and Analysis
  • Will ensure approved Accounting and Administrative Controls are adhered to at all times
  • Will perform the activities of general accounting to ensure accurate and timely recording and reporting of financial information including development of reports and account analysis, and providing financial analysis to highlight any potential problems in operations or measurement of performance
  • Will be heavily involved, along with the Finance Manager / Financial Controller, in budget activities and in delivering the Company budget commitments in relation to both operating profit and revenue
  • Will consolidate monthly revenue and cost forecasts of the company, coordinate monthly revenue recognition with Managers, Directors, and Vice Presidents, ensure revenues are accurately billed on time (whether automatically or manually), and ensure all adjustments are posted correctly
  • Will prepare various periodic financial and administrative reports needed by Top Management and Service Managers, including (but not limited to) profit and loss, revenue variance analysis, etc.
  • Will be the Primary Contact for revenue related inquiries, request and ad hoc reports
  • Will report directly to the Finance Manager and assist the Finance Manager in leading the Finance team to ensure quality, timely and accurate process implementation and reporting, and train new members of the Finance team as needed
  • Will assist in special projects requiring the financial analysis, as requested by management
  • Will serve as the Finance representative for Solution Reviews and meetings for Company Bid opportunities
  • Key Contacts / Liaison :

    1.Members on finance processes and procedures

    2.Operations Team on financial results analysis and forecast

    3.South East Asia Finance Team

    2.Able to work independently with minimum supervision

    3.Self-motivated with the ability to cope with changing priorities

    4.Team player with leadership skills and committed to provide quality performance and output

    5.Confident to deal with the various parties involved in getting the job done

    6.Willing to work long hours if and when the situation requires

    7.Good multitasking skills

    8.With a degree in Accounting or related major

    9.With Professional Accounting qualification

    10.Minimum three years’ experience

    11.With solid Excel skills

    12.With excellent communication skills

    13.Able to challenge existing procedures with a view to improve efficiency and effectiveness
