The position exists for the purpose of driving the tactical execution of Automation Solutions Platform Global marketing initiatives and achievement of business objectives through digital marketing campaigns, working on end-to-end campaign planning, management, execution and results analysis.

Responsibilities

Duty 1 : Campaign Management

  • Leads a campaign team and manage execution of integrated marketing campaign tactics with resources from other marketing teams (e.
  • g. social media, web, analytics) within timeline.

  • Works with campaign owners (e.g. Program Managers, BU / Country / WA Marcoms) in campaign planning, production, launch and monitoring.
  • Creates marketing campaign proposals & marketing analysis - resources, roles, steps for campaign design, process improvement and testing
  • Monitors the organization's marketing campaign calendar together with the stakeholders. Manages tasks within the campaign production process and ensures that campaigns are logged and updated in the different project and content management tools
  • Assesses prioritization levels of marketing campaigns for a product / service / entire organization.
  • Reviews and tests campaign assets. Performs front-end QA. Ensures campaign undergoes quality assurance and legal review prior launch.
  • Monitors and analyzes campaign performance with the Campaign Analyst (e.g. campaign engagement, monitor subscription activities) and recommends actionable insights to improve subscription and engagement.
  • Conveys information to marketing resources and stakeholders regarding integrated marketing guidelines, branding architecture and digital marketing best practices.
  • Performs audits of business unit or industry's marketing assets, analyze, and recommends improvements to ensure compliance to standard campaign architecture.
  • Reviews and provides recommendation on team's marketing campaign proposals & marketing analysis -resources, roles, steps for campaign design, process improvement and testing.
  • Serves as a mentor to co-team members and a consultant to campaign owners they work with.

  • Conceptualizes and creates standard campaign management templates for the organization.
  • Perform system administration tasks for campaign and event management tools
  • Duty 2 : Project Support Project Initiation

  • Assists project owner in gathering, analyzing and clarifying customer requirements; uses technical knowledge to gauge complexity of the request Project Planning
  • Performs research and analysis to validate if the detailed solution is the best fit to meet the requirements
  • Reduces complexity by breaking down large modules to smaller deliverables ready to be assigned to campaign resources
  • Creates process maps, user journey maps or application / database design using standard project templates
  • In case of differences, negotiate with clients for small applications
  • Recommends and negotiates solution and development timeline to the stakeholders; gets their buy-in and commitment to any deliverable
  • Analyze campaign circumstances base on impact assessment Project Execution
  • Develops campaign management templates, prototypes or mock-ups (advanced functionalities)
  • Duty 3 : Metrics, Reporting and Analytics Digital Marketing Analytics

  • Conducts research and analysis of market trends (industry, competitor, B2B etc.) Report Scoping and Planning
  • Creates and tests dynamic reports based on the designed format Report Development
  • Performs data validation to achieve data consistency
  • Report Generation, Analysis and Maintenance

  • Conducts research and analysis of market trends (industry, competitor, B2B etc.)
  • Performs data validation to achieve data consistency
  • Analyzes gathered information & data using diagnostic analytics (root cause analysis, gap analysis)
  • Generate, analyze, create campaign report / dashboard from different sources and submit to requestor
  • Duty 4 : Training and Development

  • Adapts training syllabi, course outlines, lesson plans and content of existing materials (e.g. presentations, evaluation tools, etc.)
  • Conducts intermediate / comprehensive training on campaign management
  • Duty 5 : Continuous Improvement

  • Identifies continuous improvement project ideas.
  • Leads a team in handling a continuous improvement project using a problem-solving methodology.
  • Education :

    Bachelor degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or equivalent Job Related Experience : 2.

    5 years cumulative experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing Campaign Management Specific Knowledge :
