Senior Reporting Analyst-1

  • Produce complex analytics and reporting, map key reporting processes, document reporting requirements, manage team performance and deliverable, and stakeholders in the collection of requirements, identify insurance portfolio trends and data interpretation.
  • Build, manage and maintain both adhoc and BAU reporting requirements

    Provision of portfolio analysis and technical input to product strategiesContribute to the development and delivery of budgets for all products distributed across all channels

    Accuracy and timeliness of input / s to product strategies

    Policy, Process and Procedures

    Ensure company processes and procedures are followed when developing and maintaining reporting documentationImprove current and plan analytic processes under minimal supervision and apply judgment in making and reviewing recommendationsAssist in building and implementing portfolio analysis tools and processes to ensure portfolio profit and growth

    Environmental Awareness / Customer Focus

    Daily interactions with unit managers on reporting requirementsMinimal change requests

    Positive client feedback

    Technical Performance

    Monitor performance of all relevant product lines, identify trends, provide input and analyses on design and reports, and ensure line management is informed of findingsConsistently manage data and identify better ways to report and maintain dataProvide analysis on workforce and reporting trendsPartner in developing new and ad-hoc reportsIdentify and drill down errors on reportsGenerate monthly, quarterly and annual performance reports for different Business units
