  • Responsible in handling client’s inquires and concerns pertaining to their healthcare coverage;Issues outpatient approval codes to accredited hospitals, clinics and dentist;
  • Coordinates with different departments in the company to satisfactorily address clients and intermediaries needs;Receives admission reports and endorses to the in charge section and roving CSA to ensure first day touch point.

    Encodes all communications made with clients / providers such as approvals, disapprovals, concerns and complaints;Daily morning call out to inquire new admissions from accredited hospitals in NCR, prepares LOA, and endorses to in charge CSA (roving) and Unit SupervisorWith or without experienceGraduate of any 4 year coursesOpen for undergraduate with atleast 3rd year in collegeWilling to undergo shifting scheduleMust have a good communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask while working under minimal supervision.

    Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office using MS Word and MS Excel.Pleasing personality
