Job Description :
The new SEAM organization integrates Safety, Environment & Asset Management activities, with a broad geographical footprint, that will support Shell’s business & assets around the world.
The vision of SEAM is to provide capability across the spectrum of Safety, Environment and Asset Management with :
Shaping the future ways of working through introducing to the business new technology and news way of working, including e.
g. digital, SBO, and real-time, data-driven, end-to-end optimization and risk management, but also global programmes like Human Performance Based Safety Philosophy.
Providing performance feedback driving disciplined execution to deliver reliable, predictable results
Helping the businesses build their improvement plans and provide support to execute them
The incumbent will be expected to play a key role in driving change to optimize the reporting systems and processes and providing the performance data and insights required to support the Goal Zero journey
The Process Data Engineer- E&IDesigner will be part of the VP TAO organization
Job Purpose
Provide support to Shell’s OUs by drafting / detailing the electrical and instrumentation drawings through tools such as Auto-Cad / MicroStation / Raster cad.
Candidate primarily works on AutoCAD / MicroStation. AVEVA suite can be a added skillpool.
Dimensions
The role is expected to be the expert in electrical / instrumentation designer and closely engage with an OU in updating the technical drawings & suggest improvement solutions on enhancing the overall quality of work.
Also provide training and support to other drafters while replicating best practices from stakeholders and partner organizations.
Principal Accountabilities :
Relevant drafting and detailing experience in onshore / offshore Oil and Gas industries in Mechanical piping engineering in FEED, Detail Engineering and As-built process.
Understand and interpret the corrections & redline mark ups done in the drawings.
Capable of using Raster Cad tool for rastering the tiff image file related to drawing updations.
Knowledge and experience on plant layouts, incorporate the corrections & re-draw using 2D tools, Vendor drawings updation.
Hands on experience in 3D model review tools such as Navisworks freedom / manager, smart plant review.
Hands on experience in 3D modelling and handling 3D modeling software like Aveva tools, Smart plant will be a value added scope.

The role primarily involves the remote support to the Shell operating units / sites in the drawing management & updates.
Education / Experience :
Electrical / Instrumentation / Industrial Engineering Degree / Diploma with at 3-4 years of work experience in
Oil & Gas / Petrochemical Industry - operating assets and / or a varied range of greenfield / brownfield projects.
Electrical and instrumentation engineering in cable layout, wiring diagrams, instrumentation loop & hook up diagram, single line diagram respectively in design, drafting & engineering firms / consultancy firms / plant environments / industry past the professional degree / diploma.
Reviewing and understanding of all the technical documents.
Document management.
Bill of materials
Review and prepare Bill of material / Material Take off
Highly Preferred skills are :
Strong knowledge in 2D tools such as Auto-cad.
Excellent stakeholder management with business interface exposure
