Customer Monitoring - Maintaining the Customer's Master list. Receiving, checking and filling Information Sheet. Segregating and filling Information Sheet without complete information.
Responsible for Customer Satisfaction - daily calls, recording of concerns and educating customer about proper usage of the product.
Back tracking customer. Text blast for enticing INACTIVE customer to re-ACTIVE of CRA Report.
Responsilbe for giving quality Services for Customers' inquiry and concerns - on call duty for any customers' concern and query.
Accomodating walk in customer.
Responsible for warranty Services - checking and testing returned meter. Documentation and replacement process. Educating the customer about the meter's technicality and possible reasons and solutions.
Monitoring of Incentive Program - PRP RX, Lock and Load, keeping SIS (released and returned) for incentive program. Documentation and Processing request for incentive program.
Forwarding of approved incentive to accounting staff for checking and release.
Other Duties Assigned - checking od stock request. PRP Rx, PRP Elite
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications
Candidate must be at least college level or bachelor's degree.
At least 1 year of working experience in sales is preferred for this position, but not required
Excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills
Willing to learn and adopt new knowledge.
Have a background in call center industry is an advantage.
