Overview of the role
We are looking highly passionate, personable and committed individual for a Front Office Manager position who will be responsible for directing, controlling and coordinating Front Office operational related activities ensuring efficient, warm and friendly service, fostering excellent customer relations and service recovery at all times.
Key Accountabilities :
Engages, attends and follows up on guest needs, requirements, concerns and comments, creating professional relationships and fostering excellent guest relations and service recovery.
Responsible for handling and coordinating departmental concerns ensuring the timely and appropriate resolution of guest concerns and incidents.
Ensures guest engagement through prompt warm, courteous, efficient and personal recognition and interaction.
Handles emergency cases according to established procedures. Responsible for the appropriate management of emergency incidents, safety and security of guests and employees in coordination with concerned departments, Human Resources, Medical Clinic and Security department.
Ensure to perform Lobby duty and promote visibility especially during peak hours engaging with guests and meeting VIP arrivals, sending off VIP departures in constant coordination with the Club Manager and Front Desk Manager.
Handles Front Desk Manager and Front Office Supervisor functions when needed and always ready to lend a helping hand to support the department in any available task and function.
General Requirements :
At least three to five years experience in Front Office operations namely Concierge, Customer Services, Club & Reception.
With previous experience in a Duty Manager or similarly related role is an advantage
Highly familiar with other facets of Front Office Operations, most especially Front Desk.
Highly committed, passionate and able to work in different shifts. Proficient of OPMS, MS Office and other related tasks especially related to Night Audit
Possesses foresight, proactiveness with an excellent analytical ability. Quick thinker, on top of the situation and commendable decision making skills.

Eloquent, personable and highly engaging in serving guests. Excellent oral and written communication and able to work under pressure, extend flexibility and remain efficient, effective and engaging at all times.
