The HRDirect Lifecycle Management Team is responsible for the management of all written information which can be found in the personnel file of an employee throughout his relationship with the company from hiring an employee to termination of the relationship.
What we offer
Responsible for HRDirect Life Cycle Management (LCM) ticket is opened in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) within two (2) hours for all inquiries that are coming in via email.
Supports hand in hand with Asia Pacific (APAC) local human resources (HR), For any Life Cycle Management (LCM) ticket queries.
Maintain the key performance indictor (KPI) and quality of solution measured by customer satisfaction quota is kept (90% satisfaction quota).
Responds to human resources (HR) or stakeholder inquiries and concerns related to the process.
Who we are looking for
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum of one (1) years working experience in HR Shared Service or BPO industry.
Preferably with knowledgeable in SAP.
Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
