  • Monitor the performance of all Sales and identify areas of improvement.
  • Develop a relationship with the rank and file, support group, and stakeholders that makes it easy to communicate different sales ideas and issues at hand.
  • Onboard and train new hires on sales initiatives and guidelines
  • Set sales goal attainments and timelines
  • Provide coaching sessions and other role-playing activities.
  • Establish training needs and materials by observing sales encounters, studying sales performance and reports
  • Collect feedback regarding training programs.
  • Prepare and present reports to program stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with the new market trends and demands.
  • Qualifications :

  • At Least 1 year of Call Center Experience as a Team Leads with a Service and Sales background.
  • With experience in Sales Coaching
