Monitor the performance of all Sales and identify areas of improvement.
Develop a relationship with the rank and file, support group, and stakeholders that makes it easy to communicate different sales ideas and issues at hand.
Onboard and train new hires on sales initiatives and guidelines
Set sales goal attainments and timelines
Provide coaching sessions and other role-playing activities.
Establish training needs and materials by observing sales encounters, studying sales performance and reports
Collect feedback regarding training programs.
Prepare and present reports to program stakeholders.
Stay up to date with the new market trends and demands.
Qualifications :
At Least 1 year of Call Center Experience as a Team Leads with a Service and Sales background.
With experience in Sales Coaching
