OVERSEEDAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONS : Run theday-to-day activities of the department

  • MANAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF
  • Monitorattendance of all CS-B staff & manage absences by re-assigning tasks toremaining staff (manage plantilla, leaves, issue of violation reports) toensure areas are covered for opening & closing shifts

  • CONSOLIDATE FEEDBACK FORMS
  • Consolidatefeedback handled & settled by CSM; encode consolidated feedback in theprescribed report template; print a copy of the report & discuss the reportto CSM

  • MANAGE OPEX
  • Managethe operating budget of the department by ordering the right number of suppliesat the gift wrapping, monitoring use & safekeeping extra items

  • MONITOR INVENTORY OF SUPPLIES
  • Monitorinventory level of supplies per area & track consumption of supplies at theGW area; ensure availability of gift wrappers at any given time

  • MAINTAIN EQUIPMENT
  • Planrepair & maintenance schedules & check proper handling ofequipment / tools

    Qualifications :

  • Candidate mustpossess at least Bachelor's / College Degree
  • At least 3Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for thisposition.
  • Strongcommunication skills and phone etiquette. Required language(s) : English,Filipino
  • RequiredSkill(s) : Customer Service
  • Basic computerskills (MS Office)
  • Flexible to beassigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours
  • Willing to beassigned in The SM Store DAET
